By using Coinzy you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Contact: support@coinzyapp.com.

1. What Coinzy is

Coinzy is a tracker. It calculates averages, profit and loss, and alerts from the transactions you enter and from public market prices. It does not hold, move, buy or sell any crypto for you.

2. Not financial advice

Everything in Coinzy is for information only. Nothing in the app is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and Coinzy never recommends buying or selling anything. Crypto is volatile and you can lose money; your decisions are your own.

3. Accuracy

We work hard to keep numbers correct, but prices come from third parties (Binance, CoinGecko) and can be delayed, wrong or unavailable, and results depend on the data you enter. Alerts and notifications may arrive late or not at all (for example because of your phone’s battery settings or network). Don’t rely on Coinzy as your only source for important decisions.

4. Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older. You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account).

5. Coinzy Pro

Coinzy Pro is an optional subscription sold through Google Play, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before you buy.
It renews automatically until you cancel in the Play Store (Payments & subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Free trials, when offered, turn into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies.
Features marked “soon” are planned, not guaranteed by a date.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no access to other people’s data, and no automated scraping. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Liability

Coinzy is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, or decisions made using the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Pro in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
